Marriage can be the biggest blessing and the most significant challenge two people ever take on. Not just for better or for worse, but for better AND for worse. The times that brought us together and the times we were falling apart. However, I had read Melanie's book on friendship, knew I liked her writing style, and love her on the Big Boo podcast. Shankle is sharing hilarious stories of her marriage and how God led her to her person. But there are also days filled with disappointment and silence that never seem to end because you just can’t seem to find the words to make it right. So why would I enjoy a book about Melanie's marriage and what could I take from it. Melanie isn't really telling you how to have a good marriage; this is NOT a self-help, keep God in your marriage type book.
